Review Structure

This page is for all new followers of mine and would like to know how I do my reviews and such. So without further ado, this is what my review structure will look like.

The first thing I will put in my review is the title card with a caption saying “The episode’s title card.” If the show does not have a title cards, then I will select an image still from the episode I am reviewing and have a caption that reads something like “A still from the episode,” or a quote someone says in the still. Stills will be littered throughout my reviews as well. Mostly scenes that I found either interesting or funny.

How I will start each review

Before I give out the credentials for the episode, I will give a quote or quotes from the episode to start the review. These quotes can either be iconic quotes from the episode or quotes I found funny, interesting, or impacful.

The next order of business is to give credentials, like who storyboarded the episode I am reviewing or who directed it? I will also give information on when the episode was originally released.

The Review itself

Next up will be a quick, or not so quick, summary of what happens in the episode. For example, I will give brief descriptions of what happens in the episode and I might add my own commentary to the scenes I am deciding to mention. It might be on scenes that I found funny or interesting.

The last order of business in my reviews is the rating for the episode I am reviewing. You can look at an overview on how my rating system works on my About page. The rating will start off with the actual rating (1 star – 5 star rating.), and then I will justify why I chose to give the certain episode that I am reviewing my rating.

Overall, I hope all you new followers enjoyed my little recap on how my review structure works and I am excited to get feedback on my reviews via comments. They can either be mistakes that I made, your thoughts on the episode that I reviewed, or constructive criticism of my review in general.
